Woolascott is a small township, in the parish of St. Mary, Shrewsbury, Northern division of the county, five miles north-west from Shrewsbury, consisting of two farm houses, and a few small cottages.
Letters through Shrewsbury arrive by messenger from Bomere Heath post office at 7 a.m.; dispatched on payment of a small fee at 8 p.m.
