Kinnerley. A parish in the lower division of the hundred of Oswestry, a rectory discharged, in the diocese of St. Asaph, and in the deanery of Marchia [sic]. (The archdeaconry of the diocese of St. Asaph is held by the bishop.) 215 houses, 1,167 inhabitants. 6 ½ miles south-east of Oswestry.
