Ernest Huntback appears on this memorial. He was, I believe, a native of Cheswardine, near Market Drayton. He immigrated to where I live, Kingston, Ontario, Canada, sometime before the Great War. Have you any idea why he was included on this Memorial?

I would have thought that to appear on the Hanley Castle War Memorial the men remembered would have had to have been residents of the parish and would have most likely have died either on active service or from their wounds.
Could it simply be a case of two different people with the same name? If not and it is the same person you have me stumped ... anyone else got any ideas??
