Aris’s Birmingham Gazette – Notice of Marriages at Edgbaston 1812

‘Thursday, Mr. Joseph Smart to Miss Hall, both of Halesowen.’ (Aris’s Birmingham Gazette for Monday, Jan. 6, 1812.) Joseph Smart was a butcher. His pedigree, giving his descent from King Henry VII, is given in Ruvigny, Blood Royal of England, Vol. I, Table LXII.

‘Lately, at Edgbaston, Mr. William Greensill, of this town, to Hannah, eldest daughter of Mr. Brentnell, watchmaker, of Sutton Coldfield.
Lately, at Edgbaston, Mr. John Redshaw, rule-maker, of Lench-street, to Miss Sarah Freeth, of Bartholomew-street, both of this town.’ (Aris’s Birmingham Gazette for Monday, Feb. 10, 1812.)
