1903 Harris, Millington and Guise Charged with Affray

Albert Harris, Henry Millington and John Guise, labourers of North Claines, were charged at the Worcester County Petty Sessions with unlawfully causing an affray at Fernhill Heath to the "great terror and disturbance of His Majesty's subjects." Witnesses stated that the defendants spent the night in question in a series of combats, and terrorised passers-by and also residents looking out from their windows. The men were each fined 20 shillings with seven shillings costs.
