Frank Noble (27), motor car driver to Sir Francis Winnington of Stanford Court, Worcestershire, met with an accident on Wednesday, causing the loss of two fingers on his right hand. About 2.40 p.m., he was starting the car under the Foregate Street Railway Bridge when his hand slipped into the machinery.
