1903 Alfred Price fined for being drunk

In 1903 Alfred Price (32), labourer of Rose Cottage, Martley Road, Worcester, was fined 10s or 14 days prison in default, at the City Police Court for being drunk and incapable in Hylton Road. P.C. Gough said that at 10 minutes after midnight, the defendant was lying across the pavement with his trousers about his feet. He had been 11 times before the court for various offences.
