These premises were in the possession of Alderman Edward Jackson, deceased, and are situated on Keys Street in the Parish of St Andrew, stretching in length from Keys Street unto the Key Head. These premises have for years been held by merchants in Worcester and are worth a rent income of £50 and upwards per annum. The premises are subject to the provision yearly of one ton of coals for the use of the poor of the Parish of All Saints and another ton of coals for the poor of the Parish of St Andrew’s.
